We connected immediately. She was the same person as I remembered. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made our sale virtually seamless. We had several obstacles in our way. The pandemic was the biggest. Whenever she came over, she followed all the Covid-19 protocols wearing a mask, social distancing and doing a lot of work via phone and internet. She called us back immediately and answered all our questions and concerns. The day of the appointment only open house went off like clockwork, she made sure the protocols were strictly followed. 15 min intervals of only 2 potential buyers at a time. Masks were mandatory and sanitizer was provided all doors and cabinets opened. We were buying a new home out of state, in North Carolina, and she hooked us up with a wonderful agent in North Carolina and worked closely with the agent down here to make sure we knew exactly what was happening. Selling here and in MA were different and Terry made sure she knew what we needed to know. Her skill set is incredible at getting the job done for her clients. She priced right and got 7 above asking offers! Terry went above and beyond in helping us to sell and move our home! I would highly recommend her for your home sale.
