Utzinger Group is top notch! From the initial walkthrough to the closing Terry and Rozie were there for us. Yes, Terry did have to talk me off the ledge a couple of times never knew selling a house would be so stressful. After the walkthrough we met a couple days later, John and I were expecting just a number, WOW we were surprised how Professional the presentation was. Terry handed us a binder of information on their company, other listings, comps, the neighborhood, what services they provide including a stager (which I highly recommend), how many websites our home would show up on and what they feel our home would sell for, etc... We had a contract within 7 days, now in the Colorado market that is kind of what is expected. What I wanted to point out is, the house next door went on the market a couple of days before ours and did not sell even after 30 days. Rozie was very patient with us as we were looking for a new home. Unfortunately we were forced to move so trying to find a new home was difficult because we loved the home we were in. Rozie showed us SO MANY homes, some of them more than once. We had such a difficult time choosing a home we almost became homeless and Rozie stuck with us.
