Danielle Story is a one-in-a-million realtor who does her job with heart, expertise, compassion and attention to detail. I can't speak highly enough of her. From the first conversation, she listened to my very frustrating and detailed situation involving a grant and the need for a lot that was zoned for mobile homes. My situation is time-sensitive and complex. Even though it was not her usual real estate request, she spent time reaching out to others and connected me with someone she trusted to have specific connections with a specialization in mobile home communities. With no regard for a referral fee (which was rightfully hers) she only asked that the new agent take stellar care of me and see my situation through to a satisfactory resolution. To begin, I knew that I wanted to purchase a property in Boca Raton and contacted Team Story on a Saturday morning to see if they could assist me. They took my call right away and, from that initial call to my closing date, treated me as if I were their primary concern (of course they had multiple other clients they were working with, too). I live in Washington, DC and was looking for an investment property in Florida that I could ultimately use as a primary residence, but otherwise I had a very vague idea of what I was looking for. Team Terry Story still took me, a random DC caller with a nebulous idea of buying a property in Florida, onboard and scheduled a video conference with me that brought together several members of their team to discuss my broad real estate goals. During this session, they took the time to expand my understanding of real estate investing and shared knowledge of the Boca Raton area that only a Boca native would know (investing in a house vs a condo, East Boca vs West Boca, rated schools, and so much more). This is one aspect of their service that sets Team Terry Story apart from the other real estate professionals and firms I'd spoken to from Boca Raton and South Florida: Team Terry Story isnt just pushing property, they want their clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase. After helping me fine-tune what I was looking for, Team Story utilized an online portal that sent me listings of properties that were available and met my now narrow criteria. The portal was very easy to use. Being a night-owl, Id investigate these properties sometimes very late at night and contact Team Story very early in the morning to get a jump on the market. When I contacted Team Story at 5:30am, they responded back at 5:30am. Team Terry Story could not be more responsive. And once I found a property I liked, Team Story fought for me. They arranged a house tour and visited the property the same day I expressed interest and FaceTimed me so I could walk the property with them from Washington, DC. When I didnt end up liking a property, I initially felt ashamed that Id wasted their time, but no matter, Team Story could not have been more positive throughout the whole process and would just say, aEURoeOn to the next.aEUR?
