ZillowVERIFIEDI had a very select home on the Eagle Point Golf Course. My home had been rebuilt, expanded, and modified in 2017 with many high end and distinct features. Everyone who walked in said "it was the most unique house they had seen. Some features included an elevator, a 700 bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, extensive use of custom granite, and cherry/maple cabinetry.I had a home that needed a unique buyer. The house would not sell itself. I had overbuilt for the comparable comps realtors and loan companies often look at.I selected Terry after recommendations and interviews. 5 days after signing a contract with Terry the house was on the market, 3 weeks later the house was under contract. Terry sold the house to our of state buyer. While the house was unique and worthy of its value, it sold for the highest amount ever sold on the EP golf course.
