There is not enough space to "describe in detail" my experience with Terry Canto. She was there every step of the way, always picking up the phone when I called (unless she was with someone else), answering my emails, questions, and texts in a timely fashion. She understands how stressful selling/buying houses can be and whatever she could do -- finding my flood elevation certificate comes to mind -- to take the burden off my shoulders, she did. Including talking me off a ledge or two when I was about to lose it. :-) Terry started by visiting my home and pointing out the great selling poins as well as the things that needed to be done in order to present the best possible "face" to the public. When we were ready to list, Terry and her associate Kenie Rodriguez staged my house for showing, took and published the photos, arranged for an open house and kept me apprised of the status of the sale of my house at every juncture.Her insider knowledge of real estate and the local market is without equal.
