Four Very Important Questions Overlooked When Choosing A Realtor For BUYING or SELLING.. 1. How long have you been in residential real estate sales? Is it your full-time job? All of our professionals at Integrity Real Estate are licensed Realtors and work full-time (and over-time) to help our clients. I have been in residential real estate sales since 1997 and sold more than 1,000 properties. 2. Are all your efforts focused on SALES??? I have had firsthand experience with rentals/property management. It takes way too much time away from the attention sales transactions deserve. Rental property repairs, collecting rents, bookkeeping for landlord and tenant funds, periodic inspections of the rental properties, and etc. are extremely time-consuming, therefore our loyalty is with sellers and buyers. 3. Is your office environment professional and will my information be kept confidential? An office full of part-time agents, unlicensed helpers, agents bringing their babies and children to work, tenants and/or landlords dropping in with rents or rental problems may all be entertaining with lots of chatter of the latest local talk and appear energetic, but we choose a more professional environment with less distractions which enables us to give your property the attention it deserves, and your private information trusted confidentiality. Please know that even though we love children, we allow no babysitting in our office, as it is a place of business and unfair to the child who would most likely be happier where they can be safe, nurtured, and play. 4. Are you supported within your brokerage firm? Integrity Real Estate is a family owned and operated business that works well with each other, and also importantly, with our fellow Realtors in the industry. Each of us earns their proportionate share of every dollar that our family firm generates, which is an incentive to support each other, but without passing client-agent confidential information.
