As sellers, they provided great advice on pricing and preparation for the sale. The staging was great. The home sold fast at nearly asking price and Gary and Suzanne worked hard to get all the inspections and documentation together in a short escrow.

The love and thoughtfulness she puts into it brings on is a cozy environment and brings satisfaction to the eye. They provided professional pictures along with drone footage that really makes a difference. its lets people actually see what the cabin looks like when you cant be there. Gary is very knowledgeable in the real estate business he is top of information and if he doesn't know it he will find it. they keep up with the day to day tasks on sale of your property. very informative. and they always answer there phone...They are a happy do lucky Duo that's works together amazing. Gary needs to give his wife a raise (: with that if you need to sell your property give these guys a call. we found the best vendors to work with during our inspections. ZillowVERIFIEDGary and Suzanne were very patient showing me a variety of homes. They accepted I had two distinct (and somewhat opposing) criteria for my new home. I wanted to drastically downsize (~1000 square feet), and I wanted acreage. Together an impossible dream. Suzanne spent hours taking me to view homes while explaining the pros and cons of each. Gary has an excellent understanding of California state laws and real estate requirements. He made sound recommendations regarding inspections and gave great advice during negotiations. Both were great communicating during all facets from looking at properties, discussing the virtues of different towns and neighborhoods, going through the numerous pages of the contract, to scheduling when I got my keys!
