I was originally introduced to Terri by a long-time friend who knew I wanted to move. I'm very glad that I came to work with Terri as she did a fantastic job of both selling my existing house, as well as finding a new smaller condo for me to downsize into. To begin, I hesitated about selling my existing home as I really liked the place. It took me nearly a year to finally decide to go ahead with the sale. Everything worked out great in the end, even though it took a constant effort on Terris part. She was always available by phone and in person when needed. She also had to get her handyman guy to take care of a few problems, which was all done very efficiently. Ultimately, my home was sold in only 4 days on the market, and at a premium to the asking price. I have had other friends in the past that were real estate agents that I have used in transactions over the past 25 years, but I am certain that hiring Terri on my team was the best choice I could have made. She did a great job through all aspects of both transaction, and even went above and beyond at a point I needed help moving out of my existing house. My opinion is that Terri will always perform at the top of her game for her clients Anyone who needs to sell or buy a home cant do any better than hire Terri Schneider for their real estate needs.

Terri was wonderful to work with. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to respond and her patience with all our questions (from our initial indecision to sell our rental to discussing financial options for making the house more attractive given the bad time of year and high interest rates). She staged the house beautifully and had several open houses. Once we had an offer and things to fix from the inspection, she had great connections to get the work done cheaply and fast, but well. There were several times she put in her own time and "elbow grease" for getting it fixed up to show and for the repairs (like removing trash from the attic and left over furniture from the renter). We couldn't be more pleased.

Terri Schneider was our realtor in both selling and purchasing a new build house. Her knowledge and skill in the realty field and the market gained us more money on the house that we sold that we could ever imagine. Building a new house means that your realtor is the go between and is involved until the house closes (around 10 months for us). This was not an easy task and took alot of effort and time. Communication was definitely key throughout and she was there for us every step of the way. She was quick, thorough, and concise with her replies. She was so helpful to us in making all the decsions we needed to make. Terri's knowledge, professionalism, and attitude throughout this undertaking was outstanding. We are in awe of a realtor's duties after spending almost a year selling and buying a new house.
