January 3, 2017 Whom it May Concern, It is with pleasure and gratitude that I would like to share comments on my experience with Terri Rickman in the listing and sale of my home. While I have bought and sold a number of houses in my lifetime, I have never before encountered such a level of excellence. The experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior, such as innovative efforts in developing prospects, effective showings, and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations/due diligence. Terri went above and beyond in all aspects of my home buying experience. She was always available to answer any questions I had and most of the time she had already taken care of my concerns before I even called to ask. If I could rate her ten stars I would. I have now found my new Realtor for life as well as a friend.

When I wanted to find a realtor I took 20 persons from advert magazine and wrote them same letters describing my case and goals that I want to achieve buying property as an investor. The only one response I got was with detailed report of the property at the area in terms of possible return on spent dollar. This response was from Terri Rickman others just sent mls of the area without any attempt to understand what I am looking for and what my goals are. She is fast and professional. I was lucky to buy condo and rent it out one day after closing. Now I am buying another one with tenant so no loss of time. Thanks Terri for good job.
