About Terri Reynolds

Born and raised in Ohio, I moved to Person County in 1999. I am no stranger to the waterfront lifestyle. Not only did I live on a lake in Ohio, but live waterfront on Hyco Lake and started the local marina store, Hyco Lake Boats N Boards. Guilty of wearing too many hats, I decided to simplify. Sold the boat store and got back to the core basics, family and just one career. I am blessed with 2 children and 2 grandchildren who live locally. Although my real estate career started in Ohio in 1997, I also found my waterfront niche on Hyco Lake and graduated to Broker Status in 2003. It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Hyco Lake, Mayo Lake, and Person, NC areas, to provide you with superior service at all times.
