1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Call me 1st! I will put you in touch with a few lenders for a pre-approval. It is important to have the pre-approval BEFORE you get out and see homes! Nothing is worse than walking into a home that you cannot afford!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Call me 1st! Making sure to get a real estate professional's opinion is very important. Before you spend money on updating your home, invite an agent in to give you professional advice on getting you top dollar!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have had the opportunity to work with the best clients! I have helped my clients buy their 1st home, downsize a home, upgrade a home, relocate, invest in real estate and I have had a great relationship with each one! No 2 people are the same and I enjoy meeting people with different backgrounds!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Believe it or not, I could not pick one transaction to tell you about. Every client has a story. Every client is entitled to having those stories stay with me and not to be shared publicly. I would be honored to hear your story!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have been in real estate for my entire adult life. I started working in an office when I was 19. I will never forget the manager saying to me: "We understand if this job is not for you. Working in an office of this many agents can be overwhelming and it is not for everyone!" From that day on, I realized that what the manager had to say was completely opposite of how I felt about working with many agents. I kept with it and, well, here I am. I would like to note, I did spend many years home with my children when they were young and worked part-time for a few of those to stay up to date on the industry.... So, if you are trying to do the math of over 16 years of experience, I am a little older than what you may be thinking!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am required by license law to have continuing education every 2 years to keep up with the changes in the industry. I enjoy being as educated as I can be. My most recent certification was the "RENE"~ Real Estate Negotiations Expert.
