I've been an investor since 1992 while also working in the mortgage business for 5 years and then decided to follow my true passion and become a licensed agent in 2005. My business has grown from referrals of my past clients as well as representing all the 55+ communities in Tigard and NW Portland. My team is also expanding and now includes a buyers agent and transaction coordinator to better serve my clients. My passion is helping others find their perfect home, as well as offering my guidance to those that are ready to sell and downsize or relocate. I think I've reached my level of success by approaching each home with the tenacity and passion as if I were buying or selling my own home. I like to keep my clients informed every step of the way, and I never push anyone in their search for a home. It is a difficult decision, and you should wait until you walk into THE home and say "This is it!" Your home needs to fit you emotionally as well as financially.
