Very knowledgable of the Friendswood/ Clear Lake area. Helped us out a lot on finding not only a great house, but also a great neighborhood. My husband and I were moving from out of state and only had 2 days to really look at houses before moving. Terri did a great job of working with out schedule and helping us look at as many houses as we could in the days we were in Texas. Very fast responses, day and night, never had to worry about not getting an application in late and was always updated of any responses from houses immediately. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a house/rental, especially in the Friendswood/ Clear Lake area.

Relocating for work from out of town to Houston area, Terri made process smooth and easy from finding our house to signing. Went above and beyond by showing me homes even during Christmas holidays so we could have a place by January. Highly recommend!
