I'm still pinching myself after closing. Unbelievable! One unexpected potential disaster was resolved by their knowledge of available resources, and direct assistance. Jaime worked with me through the weekend and contacted the resource in prep for my call. I bought and sold this home through Terri. Specifically, Terri and her team were very professional, responsive and provided invaluable help to us along the entire journey from listing to close. Here are a few specific examples. 1) Terri's broker market analysis was spot on. It helped price the house just right. 2) Terri's ideas to de-clutter and stage the house really helped find an interested buyer quickly. 3) Terri handled all the communication and coordination with the buyer's realtor in a very timely and efficient manner. 4) Terri had a very balanced outlook in counseling us on all price negotiations as well provided referrals to address findings in the buyer's inspection report, and 5) last but not least, Terri was always available and in my particular case (being a relocation sale) handled the additional duties and coordination with the relocation company with aplomb. I highly recommend Terri's services and could not have more pleased with the invaluable assistance Terri rendered from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED I called Terri looking to rent my house as I was going to move out of state...6 months in, she still has not called me back. It is ok if she doesn't want to rent a house, but give a potential customer the courtesy of a phone call!I talked to my neighbor who is selling her house about it and and she said Terri came visited their house and thought their house was priced too high but never filled in the gaps! She said her friend had a similar experience with her. Looks like Terri is only interested in selling houses that show her numbers in a good light than helping everyday people who need help selling their houses. I don't know about you but I want someone who has my back selling my house rather than business person who sees me as way for a fast transaction rate! I hear she is a good sales person thought. If I were you, I would be careful.
