I was a first time homebuyer, and Terri went above and beyond to ensure I knew what I was getting into and became an educated consumer. She has extensive knowledge on the process and financing, and offers countless DIY tips for home maintenance, improvement, and the like (many of which I'm still using). She's also took the time to truly get a sense of what kind of a home I was looking for and was always very candid about the pros and cons of every one of the houses we viewed. We looked at A LOT of houses, so I can add abundant patience to her list of virtues. ;) Terri was also readily accessible by phone or text, and always took time out to update me on any new houses she thought might fit my lifestyle, or to answer questions I might have on pretty much every aspect of the home-buying process.
