Her knowledge of the area was very helpful but it was her communication skills and responsiveness to our questions and concerns that was better than we could have ever expected. My boss told me to get rid of my agent he knows the best in realtor Sacramento. I smiled politely and thought to myself everyone says that. I met with three realtors last year. They were all nice, but I didn't feel like I mattered to them. I am a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and had a lot of questions that were not being answered with previous agents. The day I met Terri Cicchetti, I had to concede that my boss was right. This team treated me like I was a million dollar client. I felt like family with Keller Williams Folsom. My questions were patiently answered and when it came time to negotiate terms, Terri was able to get me what I wanted. Terri was willing to drive across multiple counties for me. From Sacramento and Folsom, to Auburn and Colfax, to Jackson and Ione. The team put in the work and helped make my dream come true. Today, I am a proud homeowner. I sip coffee in the morning and take pictures of deer walking through my yard. And true to her character Terri has continued to check on me. Terri is the best realtor (You were right boss).

Joni Dodson Terri Ciccheti is the best realtor I have yet worked with. I have gone through multiple transactions with other agents through the years and there is no comparison re: the level of attention she provides her clients and experience. She has many connections with other realtors which is a huge advantage. She will take your calls late at night. Our situation was crazy re: credit, approval for loan etc in a difficult market. She kept on top of all this and made this as easy as possible. I highly recommend Terri to anyone that values experience and customer service.
