She walked me through the entire process as a first-time buyer and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel overwhelmed. Since I couldn't always be there in person, she sent detailed walkthrough videos that helped me make confident decisions from afar. We choose Bethany/Cameron at PO2 because we had previously worked with them when purchasing this home. Their local expertise really helped with the entire process and made it easy for us being located several hours away. The home sold relatively quickly especially during an off season time.
