I owned my home for 22 years and decided to sell because I live in New York and the ride to Maryland was getting to be too much. Brett Miller from Hileman Real Estate was recommended to me by my brother, who knew someone that just recently purchased a home in Ocean Pines, and Brett was his agent. Brett took time to discover my lines and dislikes and then narrowed my search. He was very patient and willing to help. Brett willingly showed me all of the properties I asked to see and also made suggestions on properties he thought I might like. He set me up to receive automatic updates on properties for sale and I could then request that he make an appointment to visit anything I liked. He also has a good sense of humor (I cant deal with anyone who cant laugh)
