When we first thought about selling our condo in Key Largo, my husband and I selected Terri as our realtor. We knew her as a neighbor, and had also known others who had worked with her. From the very beginning, we were pleased with her professionalism. She spent time with us discussing the process and helping us make that final decision to leave a place we had grown to love. Once our condo went on the market, we had several interested buyers almost immediately. As the sale progressed, Terri communicated with us frequently and did our best to ensure that we were well represented. Even though we were in Michigan, and our condo was in Florida, the sale went through quickly.

I recently purchased a 2nd home in Key Largo. The broker I was working with failed to show me the property so I walked in myself and met Terri, the seller's broker. Immediately I could see Terri was a seasoned professional. I was so comfortable that I signed an offer right there and asked Terri to handle both sides of the deal. What a great decision, every hurdle along the way Terri got done. Not only is she outstanding at selling properties, she goes above and beyond on behalf of her clients. Terri got the deal signed in 5 hours! Do not think after the deal was signed Terri was done, nope, she then proceeded helped me with things like providing me contact information for utility companies and existing contractors serving the current homeowner, took care scheduling inspections and made herself available at all times. She was always fair to both sides when there were negotiations. You just do not find professionals like Terri any more. I look forward to introducing her to others and working with her again for myself. She is absolutely the best realtor in the upper keys and by far the best I have ever dealt with since my first property purchase in 1986.

Terri was amazing, to say the least. She was professional, knowledgable and responsive throughout our buying process. Everything started off normal with trips down from Michigan to the Florida Keys. She was fast and reliable in booking viewings and in the information she provided about the condo and association. She shared contacts with us from people from her network as we needed assistance to make our lives easier before and after closing. Then, the bottom dropped and the Covid virus struck just before closing. She remained patient with us, despite some setbacks. Terri is a true professional who is dedicated to her customers.
