I highly recommend buying a home through Terrence. My wife and I purchased a wonderful home that was made possible because of him. We were moving across state-lines and were way over our heads in understanding the Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Terrence helped make recommendations of good areas to live, pointed out pros and cons on individual homes, showcased a wide variety of homes and had a huge impact on the closing of the home itself. He stayed up late (at one point we were talking at 11:00pm!) to ensure our offer was accepted and later that the closing went well.
