Terrance is great and well respected as an agent in Memphis. When I first started looking into REI in Memphis everyone I met only had good things to say about him. At that point he had already helped my friend accumulate 4 SFHs and was managing them well.Fast forward a few years and Ive closed 3 deals with Terrance all of them multifamily and all of them cash flowing.
