Teri is a very proactive realtor and from the moment she came to our house we knew we would list our house and lot with her. Starting off as one listing, it was determined that it was overpriced for the neighborhood, so, upon her recommendation, we listed them separately. The lot sold almost immediately at only slightly less than the listing. The sale of the house took a bit longer as financing needed to be accomplished for both us - to immediately move into our new home - and for the buyer. This created several hoops for Teri to jump through, which she did with grace and expertise, all the while keeping us informed of the happenings.
