1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Talk to at least two lenders and compare interest rates and fees. Focus on the location and structure rather than the pretty upgrades! You can add the pretty stuff later but you can't move the house!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

We have to sell your house online first so insist on professional photos and staging. A fresh coat of paint does wonders. Buyers want light, bright and neutral colors and they don't want to do it after they move in.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

First time homebuyers, Move-up buyers and sellers, Downsizing buyers and sellers, New construction, Military relocation, VA homebuyers, Bankruptcy and credit repair situations

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have some clients who I have been working with for about 18 months. I helped them purchase a 5 acre lot and I have helped them with the construction of their brand new custom home. Now that we are nearing completion of their build I listed their current home. Their current home is in a neighborhood that averages 90 days on market because of new build competition. We listed their home and it sold in 14 days! I am over the moon for my clients and I am so excited for them to move in to their forever home!
