Our family is so happy to be back on the Palouse, and we are so thankful to Angie for making that happen.During the search phase she had her ear to the tracks looking out for homes that might be a good fit. She was very knowledgeable about the market in Pullman and Moscow. Because we were based in Western Washington, we did a LOT of virtual showings. We are so grateful for all of that.During the buying process, she was on top of everything. We had so many things going on, it was comforting to know that Angie was guiding us through. We even had some issues after closing that came up where she had to coordinate with the listing agent, and seller to resolve. From my perspective, it all just magically got fixed, but in truth Angie was tenaciously negotiating, coordinating, and problem-solving with the relevant parties. Angie is very proactive and intelligent; things get done when she needs them to get done.Additionally, we really enjoyed interacting with Angie. Beyond being amazing at her job, Angie and her husband Mike are really great people.

I dont even know where to start! Mike and Angie were the BEST! I mainly worked with Mike because that is who I chose to be my real estate agent, but I did get to meet Angie once! She was friendly and extremely helpful! I am a first time home buyer and Mike couldnt have been better. He replied to me right away, answered all questions I had and explained everything in a simple, easy to understand manner. When I wanted to arrange a showing, he got on it right away and was extremely flexible with times. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. For example, I told him I did not want to do a final walk through of the home I was purchasing. He went and did the walkthrough himself just to make sure everything was in the same shape we saw it last! I felt like he was more of a friend to me than a real-estate agent. He was extremely easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor! I also felt like he had a good feel for what I wanted and did not waste any of my time. Furthermore, he was an excellent negotiator. I got my house cheaper than the asking price which says a lot considering how competitive the market is right now! He offered opinions when I asked and he helped me consider things I hadnt thought of. He was good at pointing out flaws in the houses that I would have not noticed, which shows what an honest person he is! On top of that he was giving me great remodel ideas for my new house! I plan on texting him and showing him what I have done with the place once I get some remodeling done! If youre looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend them! I will be using them again for future purchases!
