Her people skills combined with her honest no nonsense inputs, made the entire process so much simpler and transparent. Teris patience with us through more than a dozen homes and a year inbetween till we finally found our first home was commendable, while her expert guidance and inputs stood out through the entire process. She always had our (first time home owners) best interests in mind. When she could not give a definitive answer right away (if it was outside her area of expertise/domain), she would consult with right people to find the answer while being very honest with the answer/assessment with respect to our expectations. She would meticulously go through all aspects (pros/cons) of each of the house we visited, and would be very through and straight forward with us on the conditions of the property/amount/timeline/schedule/cost of maitenenace required, which helped us to financially plan out our purchase.
