When Teri first received my contact information she reached out that same day and sent me listings to see what I liked and did not like. After the first contact with Teri I went out of the country and had some life events that delayed the process, she never gave up on me and continued to make contact and checked to see when I was ready. After a few months I got my life together and officially started working with Teri and Nina. I have so many positive experiences from this experience and I apologize if I ramble on. When I fist started looking at condos I was trying to narrow down the area and Teri Nina never minded going out with me several times. I fell in love with a complex and it took three different units before I found the perfect one. Every time I had a question Teri and Nina answered very promptly. There were a few minor issues that came up with the inspection and Teri made sure we came up with an acceptable agreement. Teri made sure to negotiate some money towards a home warranty as well. This was the smoothest process that I have been through. Teri and Nina and very positive and extremely easy to work with. Years down the road if I buy another place I would use them in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a great team, go with Teri and Nina. You will be very happy with the decision you made.
