This review is long overdue. It has been about 45 days since Teri's team helped us sell our home in Forest Ridge. This review would have come much soooner had it not been for an annoying hurricane and an emergency gallbladder surgery. We battled a rapidly changing market. We entered a market that you could no longer list your house and sell it with multiple offers and bidding wars that worked in the buyers favor. It took the team of Teri, Scott and Colleen to understand what was necessary to, "Get in front of this market", as Teri so aptly put it. We came out ahead of competitive properties that were for sale in Forest Ridge alone as well as others in surrounding communities. Teri knew how to stage our house so that all of its qualities really stood out.
