She lives in Marlboro and knows her backyard very well. Fights with builders/sellers till the last penny and wins most of the time. Very prompt with picking up and/or returning calls/texts/emails/vms. A lot better than me with gadgets and apps

Tereza was truly remarkable to work with. From when she first came to our family home, she showed a great interest in the house, and outlined her selling process very clearly. She was with us for every step of the way, and understood how daunting it was for us to go through this process. She worked around our viewing schedule, and was present for all the showings herself, which gave us a great sense of comfort.
