Hello There! My name is Teresa Kenney-Parker and I am a licensed Professional Real Estate Broker in Pahrump, Nevada. I own and operate my own brokerage called 775 REALTY right off of the main Highway 160. Prior to my career in real estate, my past experience was working in the mortgage industry. I stayed in this line of work for ten years. Here I specialized in helping buyers and sellers with VA, FHA, Conventional, and New Construction to Perm financing. Before my mortgage lending experience, I worked in the title and escrow industry for twelve years. With this vast range of knowledge, I feel it will definitely help YOU the consumer to feel at ease with the entire buying/selling process. I have two beautiful grown daughters, who I raised in Pahrump. We relocated from Ventura, County, CA to Pahrump, Nevada, back in 2004. I am very happy they had the life experiences they did in this town. Both of my daughters raised their own horses (Trigger and Penny). Learned to take care of our livestock (goats, donkeys, and of course steers). They also participated in the local Gymkana's (barrels, poles, and keyhole) events. Teresa REALLY knows Pahrump! If you are looking for a home and want something in the area, Teresa is the one to go to. She was always easy to get a hold of and answered lots of questions, as I am from way out of the area and needed some hand holding. In this crazy market, lots of homes would go up and be sold before one can even get a chance to look, but in the end we got a great house.

We were told we could not buy a house by a previous mortgage company. Luckily, Teresa called us back and told us different. Teresa and her team worked wonders and made it happen. We were approved for the amount we wanted. We found and bought the house we wanted. It was amazing. We hired her as a buying agent and she really kept everything in check. She even stayed on the mortgage company to ensure they were being fair to us. Teresa was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She really knows the business and it showed. We had been unsuccessfully trying to sell our property for 2 years. The real estate agents we had before did not work very hard to find prospective buyers. And they were hard to get a hold of to discuss progress.
