Helping you make the right move. I've been in real estate since the spring of 2015, and I just love it! I've had so many opportunities to work with great people, and I've determined that real estate actually has less to do with houses and more to do with people! This is why I'm a real estate agent: I understand how it feels to be unsettled, and to want to move on with your life. That's really what selling real estate is about. It's about helping you move on to the next place in life. Sometimes it means buying the house of your dreams, other times it means selling the house of your dreams, along with many other scenarios. It can be exciting, sad, happy, and scary all at the same time. Often, whether this is a an exciting change or a not-so-exciting change, it is still very stressful and anxiety-filled. She got the deal done. Was very quick to respond. Just wish her negotiating was better with this very demanding buyer. Also a little more time and effort to learn my home. Such as Warranties and all the new updates. Buyer used a very aggressive home inspector to point out even the small new home owner do it yourself stuff. Codes are codes but using 2021 codes for a 1942 home is amature not realistic.

Teresa was very friendly and helped make the process run smoothly. She met us at many different homes and was very helpful in showing us potential problems (older windows, roofs, etc) She knew wahat to look for and was honest in talking about homes that were ridiculously overpriced or if she thought the home was worth the price they were asking and why. I would highly recommend!
