She got the deal done. Was very quick to respond. Just wish her negotiating was better with this very demanding buyer. Also a little more time and effort to learn my home. Such as Warranties and all the new updates. Buyer used a very aggressive home inspector to point out even the small new home owner do it yourself stuff. Codes are codes but using 2021 codes for a 1942 home is amature not realistic.

She met us at many different homes and was very helpful in showing us potential problems (older windows, roofs, etc) She knew wahat to look for and was honest in talking about homes that were ridiculously overpriced or if she thought the home was worth the price they were asking and why.
