She was absolutely incredible when I was having problems with my loan company in trying to get a house, she stepped up and got them to do there job. Though the closing was late because of a problem with the loan company she made it so it was no later than a day using her own resources to make the closing happened as close to the closing day as possible. During all this she also had a family emergency, she still had everything done on time or earlier and when she couldnt be around she made sure that someone was there to help us.
