She met us bringing a very professional looking notebook full of comps that showed us current market rates in the area and discussed what we could expect. She had a great photographer who made our place look large and beautiful. She calmed us down when we were stressed. We met Teresa in June and we had a contract in July, probably the slowest month for real estate. We were very happy with Teresa and would use her again.
