Being one of the few couples ever to retire to Los Angeles from rural Virginia presents its challenges, but they needed to be met in order for us to live close to our son and his young family. We found that home just a 1/2 mile walk away and hoped that we could get the keys by Christmas Eve - just 19 days after it was listed. Thanks to Caroline being there every day at all hours to work with the sellers agent, to get answers to all of our questions and concerns, and to guide and support us over the mountains of paperwork and through all of the inspections, Santa came early and we had the keys in just fifteen days - well before Christmas Eve! Such a whirlwind process in such a short period of time could have been completely unnerving, but Caroline was the professional reassuring presence that we needed. Beyond all of that, Caroline has been warm and welcoming to us as new members of the community, and has provided us with many, many valuable referrals and resources to make our happily ever after home everything that we have been wishing for.
