This was our first homebuying experience and I'm so glad we had Caroline to guide us through the process. She was experienced, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our questions. When she didnt know something she would do her best the find the answer for us. She was able to build great rapport with the selling agent which really helped us nail down the sale. We were in a bidding war situation and I am pretty sure that Caroline saved us $30,000 with a genius last minute tactic that won us the home. We also had a lengthy closing process, and even after closing, we were dealing with the sellers agent on a few last issues that dragged on and on and on and Caroline stayed available the whole time, stepped in to help and to finally wrap everything up. She was great to work with!

Buying a house for the first-time is not a joke as there are a million documents and requirements to look over and sign. Nora from the Teresa Fuller team is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process very patiently. Nora was respectful, kind and attentive to our needs. She is highly proactive.
