Teresa stayed in constant contact with me and updated me via text messages and email. There were many things to fix in my Millington house and Teresa gave it to me straight! Every single item she talked to me about was exactly what needed to be fixed to sell my house. I hade one thing on the inspectors report that needed attention, and as I was out of town, she assisted in having it fixed. My house was listed and within one week, an offer was made and then closed within the month. Teresa is TOP NOTCH and very caring, understanding and takes great pride in her work. I would most definitely recommend calling Teresa if you are even thinking about buying or selling.
