ZillowVERIFIEDTera and her team gave us a fantastic experience with selling our house. She was very helpful in multiple ways. When we met, we went through our entire house/property and she gave us so many suggestions and notes for staging for the photos and showings. We met with some realtors before Tera and all they suggested was to touch up some paint, so when Tera was much more helpful, it was awesome. We discussed a good price point that we liked since we were wanting to see quickly, but even the price we landed on was higher than what the other realtors suggested. We put the house on the market on a Friday morning, had a showing that afternoon, and had a full asking price offer that evening, which we gladly accepted. I am confident in saying that she played a HUGE role in making that happen. We didnt really know what we were doing, and didnt know how to aEUR~stage the house. The rest of the process, including the contract negotiations, setting up a Power of Attorney (since we were moving across the country before closing), and every other aspect were so painless and easy with the help of Tera and her team. We had so many questions that I'm sure they answer numerous times a week and they were always very quick to respond and explain things we didnt understand. I really cant recommend her enough to someone that wants a positive experience in selling their home.
