So we bought our first home recently with Teodora. This was during covid-19 as well so the process was extra enduring. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions or get us the information she needed. She was very available to meet with us on our busy (9 to 5 M-F) schedules. She met us on weekends and evenings. She would always let us know if a location became contingent before we saw it as well. She was very polite (to us and polite to the property we were seeing). She was punctual (which is impressive considering we took her to all around the west and north suburbs). She recommended a GREAT home inspector who taught us a ton about the first home we made an offer on (and thankfully didn't buy), and eventually the property we fell in love with. She didn't bombard us with emails of listings (which i appreciate after having other agents ignore your specifics and sending you listings above your range), but she was always available for us. I never felt like I would miss out on a place because my agent wasn't available to show it.
