My name is Teila Thorne and I entered the industry in 2006 starting my career with mortgage financing and real estate investments. During those years I realized helping clients reach their Homeownership goals was my passion. In 2013, I became a full time Licensed Realtor in Maryland, Washington D.C. & Virginia. I specialize in 1st Time Home Buyers throughout the Prince George's County Area such as Upper Marlboro, Brandywine, Clinton, District Heights) while expanding to areas of Charles County (including Waldorf, White Plains). My dedication, experience and willingness to go above and beyond has given me insight on how to effectively educate and coach customers on becoming Move Up Home Buyers & purchasing a New Construction House the right way with a Realtor. Since the beginning of my real estate business I have increased my skills and knowledge by receiving the designation & certification as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I am a member in good standing with the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR). In 2015 I was awarded the 100k Earner Club Pin from EXIT Realty International. Also in 2015, specific to my brokerage EXIT Elite Realty I have also earned the Top Recruiting Award, Recognition for the Best Social Media Presence, and the Ambassador Award. Teila helped us purchase our 1st home in 2016. Fast forward to 2021,we decided that we were ready for our forever home so of course we called Teila! She helped us put our townhouse on the market and helped us navigate the process of finding our new home during such a crazy time in the housing market. We had several obstacles that we had to get through, but Teila never let us give up. She let us scream & cry it out when we needed to, but she did not let us just settle for anything! We kept on looking and eventually found a house that was just for us!!! During this process Teila was always reachable and very much involved in the entire process. We won't be looking for a home anytime soon but if you are Teila is definitely the agent you need to help you get the job done!!!

Ashley Thorne was amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. In addition to her being knowledgeable, she was always kind and professional. I could also tell she really cared and wanted the very best for me and my daughter. During the home buying process, I put an offer in on a house too quickly. The offer was accepted almost immediately and I started having second thoughts due to safety concerns. Ashley acted quickly and although the sellers wanted to still collect an emd, Ashley aggressively negotiated and I only ended up having to pay for inspection (at an extremely discounted price thanks to Ashley & her connects)!Ashley was always available to visit homes. She never got irritated or annoyed by my many phone calls, text messages, indecisiveness or stupid questions. Lol. Seriously, you wouldve thought she worked at Chik-Fil-A because she answered every thank you with aEURoemy pleasure.aEUR? She made sure I understood the entire home buying process and was always willing to explain many things 2-3 times until I comprehended. Ashley Thorne was phenomenal from the start. She was very informative helping my fiancA(C)e and I find a great home even during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. She is also very nice and genuine. She treated us with such care as if we were in her family and you could feel that concern from day one.I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a realtor in the DMV area.Ashley was great at responding at all times of the day.
