Ted helped me very much in all aspects of getting the property selected and financed. Zillow, however, make it very difficult to get reviews done where a person is not very talkative to the extent, they would like a reviewer to be. This is the second home Ted has gotten sold for us. Couldn't ask for a better realtor. He advised us on any repairs/replacements needed before the sale which seemed to speed up the selling process.
