ZillowVERIFIEDTed is our guy. We wouldnt use anyone else. Ted helped us buy our house 20 years ago, and he just helped us sell it. We had just purchased a new house, which Ted also handled, and we were preparing to leave on a trip within a month. We had to get our house on the market quickly, and Ted made it happen. He worked out the timeline of everything that needed to get done to get the house on the market by the time we left. He stayed in touch with us constantly while we were away and made visits to the property to check on it and make sure it stayed looking good for showings. We had lengthy phone conversations about market conditions, strategies, showings, and interested parties. Through it all, Ted maintained a solid sense of calm positivity that never wavered, which was so reassuring and supportive. When an offer came in and took some time to work out, he expertly and graciously handled it and guided it to completion. As we said, Ted is our guy and we highly recommend him.

"No one is better than Ted!" With those recommendations, we reached out by phone to Ted and explained what we were looking for. As with many people who don't live in the area, we did a lot of searching on the internet. We would send a listing to Ted. He would express his general feeling about it, but always go to preview it and share video walk-throughs. If a place got a general thumbs up, then our son who lives in the area would go check it out and let us know whether it was worth a flight over to check it out. This went on for months, since inventory is extremely low and good properties were selling in days. Then, the "perfect" property came up. We were actually in Europe, but Ted previewed, invited my son over for a viewing, and they gave us the thumbs up. We changed our flights to stop over on our way back home so we could see it in person. "Yes! This is the one!" Then, Ted shared his expertise as he provided info about our offer to give us a decent chance of winning the property even if we weren't the highest bidder. And, we won! This is a greatly distilled description of our very recent transaction with Ted Strodder. His market knowledge was unparalleled. He not only knew the area, he had knowledge about individual buildings--a full list of pros and cons. Truly extraordinary. Ted was extremely responsive. When we inquired about a listing, he was right on it and responded immediately, providing us with the information we needed to determine whether to pursue it or not. He was on top of documentation and things for us to look out for in disclosures. He negotiated convincingly for us and got us our perfect property. In sum, we do not think we would have been the new owners of our great new luxury condo if we had chosen another realtor. We cannot recommend Ted Strodder more highly.

ZillowVERIFIEDI was working with Ted Strodder for months, I stopped collaborating with him after he refused to present an offer to a seller even though I asked him to do so multiple times for multiple days. When I asked him to transfer me to his broker so I can officially let the agency he works for know that these practices are rather troublesome, he refused to answer my emails. Other than this, there is also a lacked clarity on a number of details (local knowledge; process expertise, as well as negotiating between me and the sellers' agents on multiple properties. I do not recommend him at all
