About Ted Kuhlmann

My name is Ted Kuhlmann and I am a Real Estate broker specializing around the Northside of Chicago since 2004. I bring a lot of tech Ideas to the table that many older agents will not have. This day and age, there are 'deals' everywhere and my systems allow me to find my buyers the deals that other agents wont be able to access. Ted helped us find our first condo. When it was time to upgrade to a single family home a few years later, we of course went back to him.
