He was very patient with us in that we spent many days looking for the perfect fit for our family. Our search started in May and finished in December. We had to travel from Atlanta to house hunt at SML and Ted was very accommodating with our specific time frames that we could be in the area searching. He answered all our questions either right away or was honest that he had to check with other ppl and get back with us. At one point in the process we had a house under contract and realized this was not a good fit for all our requirements and Ted was very understanding when we told him we wanted to let that house go and start searching again. When it came time to have surveys and inspections done we couldn't always be there but Ted was there to watch out for our interest. There were a few issues that had to be worked out and Ted was able to resolve these issues to our favor.
