If you think being a first time home buyer is difficult, try being a first time home buyer in the Bay Area during the Covid pandemic: that's a whole new level of "Difficult". Ted knew we wanted to purchase our first home, but our indecisiveness, different work locations, budget, etc. kept getting in the way. With Ted's guidance, we expanded our scope beyond single family homes, gained candid insight on the housing market, the crazy bidding wars, and evaluated recommendations based on Ted's careful observations of our personalities and reactions to multiple open houses. Numerous visits later, we put down a reservation deposit for a condo community: this was a brand new unit that we really loved and was too good to pass up. But we were still in the infant stages of shopping for a new home. We wanted to see more SFH/townhouses/etc. (FOMO obviously...) before our deposit expired - to which gave us ONE remaining weekend.
