Ted Branson

Ted Branson has been a commercial-industrial specialist for 44 years. He has been the Industrial Division Director for Landmark Commercial Real Estate, Inc. for the past 12 years. He ran the Wichita Coldwell Banker Commercial office for 7 years, and for 24 years before that he worked for his father, the late Robert Branson, in the family's commercial brokerage and property management business, Branson & Associates, Inc. Ted graduated from WSU. He is a member of SIOR and NAR Realtor associations, and the local CCIM chapter. Ted has 2 sons, Blake, 33, and Jeff, 28. Ted has handled all types and sizes of leases and sales for retail, office, warehouse, manufacturing, mini-storage, land and investment properties, with priority on the best interests of the client. Recent areas where Ted has handled commercial properties include Goddard, Colwich, Mt. Hope, Haysville, Andover, Newton, Park City, and Wichita.
