Craig learned the ropes of the industry early on. His father began his real estate career in the 1960s, and the two worked side-by-side for many years as the principals of Fallico Real Estate. The family business now continues at Dream Town, where Craig and his son, Nick, work together as the leaders of top-producing Team Fallico. The team specializes in residential, investment/multi-family, condos, foreclosures, short sales, new construction and commercial/mixed use properties. Today, Team Fallico has been featured in Chicago Magazine, Crain's Chicago Business, Chicago Agent Magazine and Top Agent Magazine--and the list of accolades continues to grow. Craig has built his four decades of success on hard work, integrity, and honesty, drawing on this experience to ensure that each of his clients achieve an end result that is nothing short of perfect. Craig has thousands of happy clients and has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in closed transactions in his career. Craig was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago, and has lived most of his life in Park Ridge, but ask him about the time he spent living in Spain. Craig is fluent in Spanish, and one of his life goals is to visit every Spanish-speaking country in the world--18 down, 3 to go! Real estate has been a family business since 1969 for the Fallico's. As a third generation, full time realtor, Nick truly loves what he does. Nick, alongside his father Craig, has developed the top producing team at the Northwest Side Dream Town Office as they have been #1 in total sales and volume consistently. Guiding a real estate team of brokers, Nick & Craig have lead Team Fallico to be featured in Chicago Agent Magazine for Who's Who in Chicago Real Estate and Rising Star Selectee in Top Agent Magazine. Nick has been known to be the first one in the office and the last one to leave. His hard work is evident in his success. Nick was a Division 1 scholarship athlete and graduated with a degree in marketing. His talent and acumen perfectly match Dream Town's technology and marketing strategies which are unrivaled in the Chicagoland area. Nick volunteers as the Head Coach of a youth wrestling program on the Northwest side. He started in 2008 with 37 kids and now his club is recognized as a top 50 club in the country and the second largest in the state of IL. He has produced all state wrestlers for 6 years straight including one state champion. Nick lives in the community with his wife and two children.
