So, my toxic trait is thinking I could be a realtor. I love spending time on Zillow perusing houses that I can and cannot afford, making judgements on upgrades and sales prices. I am a REAL realtor's worst nightmare. So when I say that we have used the same realtor for our last two sales and purchases as well as the purchase of a rental property, that should say it all. Our second transaction with Taylor was the purchase of condo that we intended to use as a rental property. Where do I start?! He has helped my son and I buy and sell numerous investment properties and his attention to detail is second to none. He sniffed out a seller that had two solar systems on the house, a leased and one with a loan. Deal over. Just today we turned down a deal where the addition to the home did not look right to him.
