By the end of the first day after maybe 8 showings we thanked him for his time and set a time to meet the following day. We had to fly back to Florida and work on selling our home there and we Couldnt have asked for a more knowledgable and helpful realtor than we had found in Taylor. Throughout the entire process of inspections and disclosures and agreeing with the seller on terms we felt 100% comfortable following Taylors guidance and suggestions. We decided that we wanted new floors throughout the house and Taylor met the flooring sales person as well as multiple other people to get them in the house.
