So, my toxic trait is thinking I could be a realtor. I love spending time on Zillow perusing houses that I can and cannot afford, making judgements on upgrades and sales prices. I am a REAL realtor's worst nightmare. So when I say that we have used the same realtor for our last two sales and purchases as well as the purchase of a rental property, that should say it all. Taylor Olson exceeded our expectations. He demonstrated that he was a prudent, knowledgeable professional with our initial transaction. In a seller's market he was able to market our home to receive multiple offers and sell well over ask but what was even more impressive was how his market knowledge and negotiation skills were able to get us into our new home for under ask...in a seller's market! Our second transaction with Taylor was the purchase of condo that we intended to use as a rental property. We requested a showing for a condo that left us underwhelmed and had no charm, to which he immediately suggested another option across the street. He knew of one listed, contacted the agent and was able to get us in on the same trip. Not only did he guide us through the purchase, but also helped us find a tenant! Through the previous two transactions, he demonstrated his integrity and skill. There was no question who we would use to sell and purchase again, which we did less than three years after the initial meeting. We listed just after Christmas, contingent for the home of our dreams. We met every uphill battle due to high interest rates and difficult personalities on both sides but Taylor navigated every challenge with respect, expertise and high integrity and truly went above and beyond for us.
