If I was able to give a 10 star I would give it. Taylor Koch made my home buying process very easy. She took the time to ask questions to learn about what I was looking for in a home and ensure that the properties she showed reflected what I was looking for. She is a wealth of knowledge on the real estate market and more. At no point did I feel pressured by Taylor to make a decision and she was more than willing and very patient with showing me as much properties as I needed to see. Very responsive, available 24/7 and always ontime for viewing. Thankfully I closed on my house on December 15, and I still receive follow-up text from Taylor about important things like making sure I have all the information I need for my first mortgage payment. She connected me with an amazing local mortgage broker, scheduled my home and sewer inspections with seasoned inspectors, and negotiated all repairs with the seller. Before the closing, I mentioned a few upgrades I wanted to make on my soon-to-be new home and she scheduled time with each contractor during our final walk-through to get estimates on all the work.
