Can I give 10 stars??Taylor is an excellent realtor! She is kind, knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful, patient, and she puts your needs before her own.I had no issue trusting her immediately. She took me to at least 50 showings all over the county and was energetic, knowledgeable, fun, and personal each time!She never left me with a shred of doubt that we'd find the right house for me even though there were times when I was frustrated and exhausted with the process. She even worked for me on her birthday!She has strong and cordial relationships with all of the people and companies which she suggested for the closing process, as well. I was a first time home buyer and my experience with Taylor was excellent. I walked through the process alone with Taylor and while I do have knowledge of personal finance and some hands on skills, the process was obviously new to me. I have lived south of Pittsburgh all my life and have some idea of different neighborhoods, but Taylor was able to provide better insight. Buying during COVID has also brought new challenges, but Taylor made me feel more comfortable about buying in the current market and sort of eased my mind of some of the risk. Taylor Drawbaugh is awesome real estate agent with Century 21 and she stayed with me the whole time and helped me sell my house.She is friendly, aggressive in all of her actions to get the house sold. With every challenge she faced she never backed down. Taylor is an excellent realtor. We actually met Taylor when trying to purchase a different property she had listed. Unfortunately it had sold before we were able to contact anyone as our previous Agent was not helpful. Taylor stepped in and apologized about not having been contacted in time then stepped up and decided to help us find the home of our dreams. When issues arose due to our pre approving bank being brought out. Taylor was able to recommend new financing options and insure we were able to get the home we wanted. Due to her and her office we were also able to find a better home insurance policy.
