I was an out of state buyer which can make a purchase more difficult, but Tate made the process an easy affair. After telling Tate what type of property I was interested in , he showing me several that were available in the area, with specific details such as local costs associated with improvements, shopping, activities, available fire and ambulance, local culture etc. His being a horse person ws a plus. After finding the right property, he provided the name of a good inspector who sent me a detailed report complete with photos and recommendations. The closing went off with out a hitch.
