Two years later we were ready to seriously look for a new home and Steve was right there ready for us. I love the app Steve uses, it sends homes with our criteria in our price range to my inbox. I didn't have to waste time checking various websites for a potential home. It helped with just in time communication as well. Steve was super patient while we looked for just the right house and reminded us of the things that were on our list when I got distracted. He educated us on the newest housing market and construction trends. When it was time to put in an offer, he helped us negotiate $20k under asking! (Unheard of in this market)! Buying a house is a huge investment and can be extremely stressful however Steve took care of us through the entire process.
