About Taryn: Aside from real estate, Taryn is an accomplished public speaker on business networking, referral marketing and social media marketing. She's a true social media pioneer, having been immersed in social media + internet marketing since 1990. In 2000, I received a B.S. in Public Relations from the Boston University School of Communications. Upon graduation, I worked w/ the United Way of Asheville, NC to increase donations at a time when they were experiencing a significant drop in funding. During my tenure, donations from my company base tripled as a result of my efforts. I later moved to Atlanta + served as a legislative assistant at the GA State Assembly in the State Senate for 2 terms. I joined Lenox Chem-Dry in 2002 and using my non-traditional marketing methods, we quadrupled our market share in 18 months. I built a client database of approx. 4,000 clients prior to sale in 2008. We also received the Consumer's Choice Award in Atlanta for 5 consecutive years. In March of 2007, I established Women Intelligently Networking (WIN), a business women's organization that supports the success of professional entrepreneurial women through events, luncheons, keynote speakers + professional development + business skills workshops. WIN! has gained regional + national attention and continues to thrive with both offline and online events.

Listen up! Im going to tell you about my experience with Taryn. Please read the entire message:(Inhaling.....)My name is Anthony, and I am a proud veteran. I first met Taryn back in 2013. I was trying to buy a home back then, but life just kept throwing me curveballs to the point that it oft took me out of the running for completing the process. My credit was lackluster and I didnt know the 1st thing about the process. Taryn was very knowledgeable about the game, and she didn't mind oversharing to make things understandable for me. She was also VERY patient with me as well. Whenever I called and had any questions, she always picked up or called right back if she was busy. She was very nurturing, but she was always a straight shooter with me. She helped me devise a game plan, and I stuck with it. Once I got approved for a mortgage, I literally cried because I could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I immediately called her, and she went all in with me. In December of 2020, She found me a beautiful 5/3/2 within the city limits for a literal steal! There were some bumps in the road while I was under contract, and I got a little discouraged. But Taryn kept me grounded, and she went to bat for me and lit fires under peoples arses to keep things moving forward. She made everything so easy and palatable that I kinda felt like a pro when speaking to selling agents.Yes this message may be long winded, but for the record, I dont know of any Realtor out there that would be so patient working with someone for almost 7 years to coach/groom them for homeownership, especially with everything on their plate. That is why I now consider her a family member! After all that I have been through during that timespan (Debt, Divorce, nearly succumbing to COVID), I never gave up on my dream of becoming a homeowner, and Taryn was right there the whole step of the way. If it wasn't for Taryn, none of this would be a reality. Bottom line, if you are looking for a realtor who is going to get the job done the right way and educate you during the process, Taryn is the ONLY realtor that I recommend. She is a Godsend.
