ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Taryn Lewis from CW Realty has been super! I noticed CW Realty signs driving around my area, during my search for a realtor. After keeping a very close eye on CW Realty and their listings online, the main thing that stuck out to me was the beautiful pictures they presented across the board of all their listings, with all of their agents. I also noticed fair pricing on their listings, and creative home descriptions. It seemed to me their listings sold pretty fast for this area as well. I searched them online and found their website to be elegant and very professional. All my contact with the staff has always been very pleasant. From the initial first contact with Taryn, she was extremely upbeat, confident, very professional and a joy to speak to. Her positive energy and market knowledge was evident. We were comfortable with the pricing she set. She always gave us options. We felt her pricing was based on the surrounding market, and was set at a fair and honest beginning price. We always felt very comfortable talking with her. She answered all of our questions and reassured us through the entire process. Her pictures were beautiful, and we felt she really captured our home in a very attractive manner. All through out the experience with Taryn, she was always just a text or phone call away to answer any questions we had. She always answered us quickly and was always very friendly and professional. I never felt like I was bothering her or a nuisance. Taryn always gave us the impression as though she truly loves her job, and truly enjoys her customers and people in general. She also did a very nice open house and advertised on social media. The biggest thing for us was the amount of interest we received since listing with Taryn. We had a showing within the first week, and lots of interest and showings during the months after listing with her. I believe it is because of the way she marketed the home online, with lots of social media activity, and because of the fair pricing she set for the home. Should we ever need a realtor again in the future, we will on purpose, seek out Taryn Lewis with CW Realty. I will highly recommend Taryn to all my family and friends. It has been a blessing just to meet her through this process.
